Nike Run Club

Did a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) run this 5A.M. Club morning - I highly suggest them if you want to work on overall endurance and tempo. Try a 35min run, with a 30-second sprint 4x's every 4-5minutes. Always warm up with a mile, and cool down with a mile using a pace that is very breathe-easy and mellow. Great way to start off a day! The sunrise was breathtaking. Truly a spiritual experience! Happy Tuesday! cc: Nike Run Club
