ALOHA! I'm Ian Hoey. My friends call me "Hoey". I'm first and foremost a lucky husband to my beautiful wife, a proud father of three amazing kids, a fierce advocate for the special needs community, and a lover of music.

I’m a seasoned leader, and creative, with a strong focus on product, product development, marketing, and merchandise management. I have designed and developed brands for publicly owned companies such as Tillys.com, managed product for popular brands such as Nike, ORCA, and FTD inc, and consider myself a ‘dadtrepreneur’ with an ‘intrapreneur’ approach.

As a Master Brand builder, I have created multi-million dollar programs for startups, increasing top line revenue for medium, to large, publicly owned organizations, sports franchises, clothing brands, and grammy award winning artists. I have worn many hats in my career – developer, merchant, buyer, designer, manager, marketer, broker and strategist. I was once told by a previous CEO that my “positivity shifted the team dynamic upward, therefore we created an ‘Ian-effect’ KPI.”

I take pride in succeeding in obscurity, and leading with heart. I’ve led a team of 2, to a team of 200 to an ultimate goal; passion with purpose. I've worked with incredible people and companies and am forever grateful. I currently manage the ecommerce business for Billy Idol, Morrissey, Machine Gun Kelly’s 27 Club Coffee, Michael Franti, Sonic Symphony and the CMA Awards and have a fun family passion project Influx Merch that makes merch a donates a part of proceeds to the special needs community.
